Woodlands Farmhouse Ice Cream is an organic dairy farm that makes artisan ice cream. Established in 1993, they are now celebrating 25 years of making top notch ice cream. All the ice creams are made on the farm using local Welsh double cream and organic milk fresh from their own dairy herd. Producing around 15 flavours throughout the year, unlike most commercial ice creams they are also very proud to produce a number of seasonal ice creams, from Rhubarb & Stem Ginger in the Spring, Peach & Raspberry in the Summer, Pear & Chocolate in the Autumn and Cranberry & White Chocolate in the Winter using fresh seasonal fruits.
