We are a family run, wild food and foraging company. At The Bridge Lodge our products are always based on the wild foods we forage from our woodland nestled along side the River Dee. The products we currently make are based upon the wild garlic leaves that naturally grow within our riverside woodlands, such as our pesto and flavoured Anglesey Sea salt (Wild Garlic is such a prominent sign of spring in our area)! We are constantly searching for other seasonal, wild ingredients to transform into delicious and unique foods, which will always be small batched and hand picked by us from our beautiful location within the valley!
