Rachel’s Vegan Cakes was launched in February 2017 by Rachel Burns, fulfilling a dream of many years. Having become vegan at 50, Rachel noticed a lack of cake and dessert options for vegans, especially when eating out, so decided to bring her years of catering to a new level.
A delicious range of hand-made cakes are available, aimed primarily at the vegan and dairy intolerant market but can, of course, be enjoyed by everyone!
Rachel’s cakes can be ordered online. She’s also keen to fill the gaping hole found in many restaurants and cafes by supplying to local businesses.
