The Forge winning runner up at the Rural Business Awards 2018
We are so proud of Sheena and Jamie from The Forge, in Corwen, for winning the runner up at the Rural Business Awards this October.

The Forge offer luxury glamping accommodation and bushcraft courses in Corwen, a beautiful part of North Wales. Sheena says: ‘At The Forge we give people the opportunity to escape from the pressures of everyday life and immerse themselves in the great outdoors, whilst still providing all of the modern comforts to make their stay as stress free and relaxing as possible.’

The Rural Business Awards are set to recognise and celebrate the achievements of rural businesses in making the most of the opportunities presented by the great British countryside, whether they are artisan food producers, accommodation providers or professional services organisations.

Being the runner up at these awards means that The Forge has been recognised for their ethos to offer more than just a place to stay. The life skills courses taught here are designed not only to introduce people to new skills, but to improve team work, communication, social inclusion and behavioural change.
