About Us

We are a co-operative of independent businesses from the retail, hospitality, farming and food sectors in and around the Dee Valley, North Wales. We offer networking, training and events that:

· Increase the availability of food raised, grown or made in our region
· Provide training and mentoring for local young people keen to work in the food and drink sector
· Improve the quality of the visitor experience to the Dee Valley

The Club Committee include Tracey Hughes (Chairperson, and owner of Porter’s Delicatessen), Pip Gale (Hospitality Representative, and owner of Gales Wine Bar), Ross Anderson (Retail Representative, and owner of Bailey Delicatessen), Mike Ford (Farming Representative, and owner of Pen Y Lan Pork), and Robyn Lovelock (Secretary, and host of the Llangollen Food Assembly).
